Information you supply during the booking process is used to complete the fulfilment of your tour elements. Contact form information is used to get in touch with the user to resolve their enquiry. All information supplied will remain confidential. The information contained therein will not be disclosed to any third parties, unless a crime has been committed and we are compelled by law enforcement authorities (in possession of a warrant) to share that information with them.
Credit Card Payments:
Bank account details submitted as part of credit card payments are encrypted via our payment gateway Yoco.
All Yoco payment services are encrypted via an SSL certificate. Yoco is also a PCI compliant gateway complying with the most stringent standards in the industry required by all major banks. To protect you, Yoco uses 3D-secure transactions for each transaction, whether by credit card or instant EFT. With 3D-secure, the customer must validate the transaction using the OTP sent by the bank to their cell phone number or via online banking app validation.
Cookies:

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA:
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information. This information is stored indefinitely unless the user requests its deletion.
For users who do not register, the information provided is deleted immediately after the tour has ended.
WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA:
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
