Terms and Conditions of Cape Friendly Tours


All bookings, quotations, amendments and cancellations will only be accepted in writing or via email.

Should you have a new request or need to make urgent amendment to a booking, please contact us for assistance and the follow it up with an email, which will be responded to between operating hours. We cannot take responsibility for change of services if the above request is not met.

Cancellation Policy:

Local & Overland Tours:

If a confirmed booking of a tour is cancelled, the following cancellation fees will apply:

2 days prior to departure: 50 % of total value of booking

24 hours prior: 100% of total value of booking

Payment Policy:

50% deposit to confirm bookings and balance in cash or credit card on the first day of touring.

Full payment is to be made directly on website, prior to commencement of service unless otherwise agreed in writing with ourselves.

All bookings exceeding the value of R12, 000.00 must be pre-paid at least 5 days prior to the start of services with Cape Friendly Tours, regardless of whether you will do online payment or have an account with us.
